Trahanoto® with mushrooms and beacon
- In a sauté pan or medium cooking pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add and sauté the chopped onion, mushrooms and beacon (about 6 to 7 min).
- Add the Trahanoto® and stir for 1 minute, until all the grains are coated and glistering. Pour in the boiled water and the vegetable bouillon and allow to simmer, stirring regularly until all the liquid is absorbed.
- Once all the liquids have been absorbed, the Trahanoto® is ready. Add the parmesan, season with pepper and mix well.
