Trahanoto® with mushrooms and sage
- Warm the water with the vegetable bouillon in a small pot. Keep the vegetable broth warm.
- Heat the olive oil in a sauté pan over medium to high heat. Sauté the chopped onion, until tender.
- Add the chopped garlic and the mushrooms and sauté until their color changes.
- Add the Trahanoto® and sauté for about 1-2 minutes. Pour in the wine and stir until completely absorbed.
