Trahanoto® with smoked pork and leek
- In a saute pan heat the olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the onion, leek and pork for avout 2 minutes. Add the Trahanoto® and stir with a wooden spoon, until all the grains are coated and glistening. Pour in the wine and stir until completely absorbed.
- When all the liquids are absorbed, poor the broth in small portions. Wait until the broth is absorbed before adding the next portion. Do not forget to stir regularly. Repeat until all the liquids have been absorbed and until the Trahanoto® becomes tender (be careful not to overcook).
- Remove the pan from heat and season with the grated feta cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper, mix well and serve.
