Trahanoto® with shrimps
- Unfreeze well the shrimps. In a sauté pan or medium cooking pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Add the shrimps and sauté for another 7 to 8 minutes. Add the Trahanoto® and stir for 1 minute, until all the grains are coated and glistering. Poor the boiled water and the vegetable bouillon and allow to simmer, stirring regularly until all the liquid is absorbed.
- Once all the liquids have been absorbed, the Trahanoto® is ready. Add the parmesan, season with pepper and mix well.
